Welcome to S.E.A. studio!

My name is Shosh. I'm a writer, mixed-media & multi disciplinary artist who loves to explore how creativity can open communication, connection, and intuition!​

​I love to play with words, colour, texture, natural elements, liminal spaces and social constructs...​​​​​​​

I have a unique studio space and a wild spirit - I go with the flow and love to step into adventure with curiosity and find out where the tides will take me.

I live and raise my two boys as a single mom in the coastal areas of lower mainland BC.  I am grateful to live, work, learn, and create in the unceded lands and waters of the people of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.  The spaces where I raise my family, meet with clients, and connect with the earth & ocean are deeply important to who I am, and I strive to invite myself, my children & my clients to approach each creative interaction with curiosity, wonder, and care. I will continue to listen carefully, have patience with the process, and encourage others to do the same, so that I can continue to learn how to reciprocate the care that has been shown to me through my relationship to the beings that have lived and thrived here since long before I arrived.
